What are your delivery hours and areas?
We deliver from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week. Our primary delivery zone covers a 5-mile radius from our central kitchen. To check if you are within our delivery area, please enter your address on the order page. We are continuously working to expand our reach!
Can I customize my order or request allergen information?
Absolutely. You can add special instructions for any menu item in the provided box before adding it to your cart. For specific allergen concerns (e.g., gluten, shellfish, nuts), please call us directly before placing your order so our chefs can take the necessary precautions and advise on safe options.
What is your policy on large or catering orders?
We love catering for events! For orders of 10 or more main dishes, we recommend contacting us at least 24 hours in advance to ensure we can provide the best possible service and quality. Our catering team can work with you to create a custom menu tailored to your needs.
How is the food packaged to ensure freshness upon arrival?
We use state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled packaging. Hot items like ramen are packed with the broth separate from the noodles and toppings to prevent sogginess. Sushi and sashimi are transported in insulated containers with food-safe cold packs to maintain optimal temperature and freshness.
