We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to, suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or if the delivery address is outside our service area.

3. User Responsibility and Food Safety

You acknowledge your responsibility for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and for the safe handling of your food upon delivery.

• Allergens: You are responsible for notifying us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions using the designated fields when placing an order. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen handles various ingredients, and we cannot guarantee that any dish will be 100% free of allergens.
• Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address, contact phone number, and any necessary access instructions. Shokuji Express is not liable for non-delivery or delays resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.
• Food Handling: Upon delivery, you are responsible for the safe handling and consumption of your food. Perishable items should be consumed promptly or refrigerated. Shokuji Express is not responsible for any illness or issues arising from the improper handling or storage of food after it has been delivered to you.

4. Orders and Payments

To place an order, you are required to provide a valid payment method. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including the cost of food, taxes, and any applicable delivery fees. 6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair while accounting for the immediate nature of food preparation.

• Cancellations: You may cancel an order free of charge by contacting us directly, provided our kitchen has not yet begun preparing your food. Once preparation has commenced, orders cannot be canceled.
• Refunds: Refunds or credits for issues such as incorrect items or significant quality problems are handled on a case-by-case basis. You must contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your order to report an issue. We may require photographic evidence of the problem to process a refund or credit.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHOKUJI EXPRESS, ITS DIRECTORS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICE. Our total liability in connection with any claim arising from our Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Shokuji Express for the specific order from which the claim arose.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shokuji Express operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
